The authentic pen-kalamkari dupatta on banglore silk. Pen-Kalamkari or Hand-painted kalamkari is an-ancient heritage craft of India, mainly in Sri-kalahasti located in Andhra Pradesh.
Kalamkari is derived as 'Kalam' which means 'Pen' and 'Kari' which refers to craftsmanship. The Kalamkari art depicts epics tales from "Hindu mythology" like Mahabharata or Ramayana and "Hindu God and Goddesses. It also includes floral motifs, animal forms, and villages background.
Pen-Kalamkari is totally freehand drawing and natural colors are most authentically used to fill up the backgrounds. The process of Kalamkari is very slow and lengthy. It involves more than twenty steps and lots of skill. Feel the lovely touch of this handmade beauty aroud your neck which feel like heaven. CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
- If you want to cancel your order placed with us kindly cancel it before shipping, once your order was shipped from us then we can’t cancel it. For cancellation of your order please drop a mail on myposhaakh@gmail.com or you can also revert back on your order confirmation mail. We take approx 1-3 days to ship your order from our place.
- For cod orders we immediate cancel your order and send you a confirmation mail on the provided mail id. For the paid order we cancel your order on immediate basis but refund take 2-3 days , we send you a refund confirmation mail on your provided mail id.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
DOMESTIC ORDER
- we send our all orders through trusted courier partners but if in case you find any damaged parcel please don’t accept it or immediately return it to the delivery person.
- If you find any damaged/ incorrect/incomplete product please inform us within 3 days at myposhaakh@gmail.com and share images with us or you can also write on the order confirmation mail, we try to resolve your issue on an immediate basis and exchange your product asap.
- No shipping charges will be deducted in case of a damaged product.
- Product delivered in good condition is not acceptable for returns; sorry we don’t accept returns/exchanges on the basis of design, colors and prints. Shipping charges are not refunded in any case of return and exchange. Customized product, product on sale is not possible to exchange & return. Misprints, patches and small dye stains and color variations from website images are not considered as damaged product.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER:
- International orders are not eligible for return & exchange.
- In any circumstances, if there is return is happening, shipping the product is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges and custom duty is associated to the customer only.
- If any damaged product is received at your end please share the images with us within 3 days at myposhaakh@gmail.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps communicated to you asap.
- THE COMPANY HOLDS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION IN ANY CASE.

We send a confirmation mail on the email id provided by you afer receiving the order. For any further communication you can also revert back on that mail
- CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
Yes, you can change your address as long as your order is not shipped from our end. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. If you wish to change the address to an international location, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with the change. However, if you have placed an order with international shipping and would like the delivery to be made in India instead, you can use the shipping fees to add more product of same value. - I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER , WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
We dispatch from our two inventory locations, Kanpur & Noida so may be your parcel dispatch in two part, you receive your parcel safely, for exact location of your parcel please track the shipping details provided on your mail id.
- WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIMELINE?
In general we ship all our orders within 2-3 days from our ware houses. If there is delay in any special cases will inform you with the reason of delay. For international orders sometime we take 5-6 days for shipping as we have two warehouses so we club your order at one place to avoid extra charges and safe delivery. Shipping timeline does not include the weekends or national holidays. Don’t worry we work on fast and safe delivery.

Yes we do worldwide shipping too. We ship international parcel by two method India post: Approximate shipping time 15-20 days.
DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ARAMEX: approximate shipping time 7-10 days

- Some products and colors tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colors more.
- Do not wash alongside any other products as the product will bleed colour in the initial washes due to the special nature of the dyes.
